Pork Chops On Top Of Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 or 8 pork chops
    potatoes (enough to serve 4 people)
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    salt
    pepper
    onion (optional)
Preparation
    In oblong Pyrex dish, approximately 9 x 12-inches, slice in small pieces, enough potatoes to layer the bottom of dish or enough to feed 4 people.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Pour in enough milk to keep potatoes from sticking (about 1/2 cup).
    Dice Velveeta cheese (about 1/2 pound) on top of potatoes..
    Lay pork chops on top of potatoes.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until chops are good and brown.
    Onions can be sliced in potatoes, if desired.
