Italian Creme Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c oleo
    1/4 c Crisco
    5 eggs (separated)
    2 c sugar
    2 c flour
    1 c buttermilk
    1 tsp soda
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 c coconut
Preparation
    Cream sugar, butter, and Crisco well.
    Add eggs one at a time, yolks only.
    Mix well.
    Sift flour and soda together; add to mixture alternately with buttermilk.
    Add coconut and vanilla. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into mixture.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes in three layer pans.
