Pecan Macaroons - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
3 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Beat egg whites until they form a peak.
Add sugar a little at a time.
Beat until stiff.
Fold in flavoring and nuts.
Bake on greased cookie sheet at 300\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
