Eggs And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 eggs
1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 lb. Longhorn cheese
1 pt. cottage cheese
4 oz. can chopped green chilies
1/2 stick margarine
Preparation

Beat eggs and add flour and baking powder.
Add all cheeses and chopped green chilies.
Melt 1/2 stick margarine in baking pan; leave enough in pan to coat well.
Pour the remainder into the egg mixture.
Pour in the pan and bake 25 minutes at 350\u00b0. This can be made the night before.
