Basic Sweet Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. 5 1/2 c. bread flour
    1 gal. 5 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. white vinegar
    3 oz. salt
    2 c. frozen eggs or 10 fresh
    3/4 c. dry milk
    2 1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. yeast
    3 qt. 3 3/4 warm water
Preparation
    Add dry ingredients in order given.
    Mix on low speed, adding extra flour so as to keep the bowl clean around the edges.
    Mix on medium (2) speed 6 minutes.
    Use like any yeast dough for various rolls.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 in convection oven.
    Makes 24 pounds dough.
