Ground Meat And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    1 large bell pepper
    4 or 5 green onions
    1 (15 to 16 oz.) can onion soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. raw rice
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, pour into casserole dish or small roaster.
    Cover and bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
