Mom'S Moist Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. walnut or other nut flavoring
1 c. chopped nuts
3 c. grated carrots
Preparation

Combine oil and sugar.
Mix well.
Add eggs.
Blend in combined dry ingredients. Add remaining ingredients.
Pour into greased Bundt pan.
Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
