Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. salad oil
3 egg yolks
2 1/2 Tbsp. hot water
1 c. grated carrot
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix the first 5 ingredients. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Fold in 1 cup chopped nuts.
Beat 3 egg whites until stiff and fold in. Bake in tube pan for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
