Ingredients

4 c. carrots, sliced and cooked
1/2 c. butter
3 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. orange juice
Preparation

Melt butter.
Mix cornstarch, salt and sugar into orange juice; add this mixture to the melted butter, slowly, stirring constantly.
When thickened, pour over cooked carrots; top with chopped parsley, for garnish.
