Quick Crab Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crabmeat
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    3 ribs celery, chopped
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    4 slices toasted bread
    milk
    salt, red and black pepper
    seasoned bread crumbs
    1 1/4 stick oleo
Preparation
    Saute vegetables
    in
    1
    stick\toleo
    until tender; add crabmeat.
    Soak
    bread
    in\tenough\tmilk to soften completely. Break into pieces
    and add to crab mixture.
    Stir well and add seasonings.
    Place\tin 1 1/2 quart greased casserole; add milk to moisten.
    Run
    knife
    up and down until absorbed.
    Dot with oleo and cover
    with bread crumbs.
    Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
