Pie Crust No. 2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. flour
    2 c. plus 4 Tbsp. vegetable shortening
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 c. cold water
Preparation
    In large mixing bowl, add salt to flour, then cut shortening into flour until it resembles coarse corn meal.
    Add water, mixing until above mixture sticks together.
    Divide into 6 portions; roll out dough to fit pie tin.
    Place wax paper over 1/2 of crust, then fold.
    Place more wax paper on this and fold into quarters.
    Place in freezer bag with wax paper or Glad Wrap between crusts.
    Use as needed - freeze extras.
    This recipe makes 2 double crust cobblers.
