Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 to 2 lb. sausage
10 to 12 eggs
1 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste
bread slice (white or wheat)
8 oz. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
-
Brown and drain sausage.
Grease 8 x 12-inch pan.
Mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
Line bottom with bread (cut off crust). Place sausage on bread.
Pour egg mixture on sausage.
Place cheese on egg mixture.
Place in refrigerator overnight.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
