Crabmeat Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crabmeat
    1/2 lb. green onions
    2 stalks chopped celery
    1 stick butter (not margarine)
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 can cream
    8 oz. Cheddar or Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Saute green onions and celery in butter until soft.
    Add flour and blend.
    Add cream and blend.
    Remove from heat and add crabmeat.
    Add grated cheese.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Place in casserole dish.
    Bake 1/2 hour at 350\u00b0.
