Sweet And Sour Pork - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. pork, cut in cubes
3 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks (save 1/2 c. of juice)
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 green pepper, cut in strips
1/3 c. vinegar
Preparation

Brown pork in oil.
Drain pineapple and place juice in pan with vinegar, sugar, salt and soy sauce.
Bring to boil; add pineapple and green pepper.
Simmer until meat is tender.
Thicken with cornstarch mixed in small amount of water.
