Bloodhounds - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. ground beef
1 stalk celery, chopped fine
1 onion, diced fine
1 small green pepper, diced fine
salt
pepper
garlic salt
cheese of your choice
oregano (optional)
2 jars pizza sauce
2 pkg. hot dog buns
Preparation

Brown meat and drain well.
Season with spices.
Add veggies and one jar of pizza sauce.
Simmer until veggies are tender. Split buns.
Cover buns with meat mixture.
Add 1 tablespoon pizza sauce to each filled bun.
Top with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese melts.
Makes approximately 30 hounds, depending on how much meat is used on each bun.
