Dog Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. white flour
    2 c. cracked wheat
    1/2 c. dry milk
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    3 c. beef broth
    3 c. whole wheat flour
    1 c. yellow corn meal
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 c. warm water
    1 egg with 1 tsp. water
Preparation
    Mix flours together with dry milk and salt.
    Dissolve yeast in warm water and let proof 5 minutes.
    Gradually beat into flour mixture along with beef broth.
    Will be stiff and hard to mix (may need to use your hands).
    Let rest 5 minutes, roll out to 1/4 inch thickness.
    Cut out dog biscuit shapes.
    Place on well-greased cookie sheet.
    Brush with egg glaze.
    Bake 45 minutes at 300\u00b0; turn off heat leaving biscuits in oven overnight to harden.
    Store in airtight container.
    Add 1/2 teaspoon garlic or 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese for gourmet dogs.
