Veggie Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch broccoli tops
    1 head cauliflower
    1 lb. yellow sharp cheese, cut into square chunks
    1 jar purple olives, cut in halves
    3 carrots, cut 1-inch thin strips
    1 pkg. dry Ranch buttermilk dressing
Preparation
    Put all veggies in bowl.
    Add dressing (to mix by directions on package).
    Let sit overnight so it can soak in veggies.
