Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
3 c. grated carrots
Preparation

Put all
dry ingredients in a bowl.
Add oil; hand mix. Add eggs; beat well.
Add carrots
and\tmix.
Use
a sheet pan 13 1/2 x 11 x 1 1/2-inches or a
similar
size
pan.
Bake
at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes, or until done.
Do not overbake.
