Irish Pear Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 c. chopped ripe peeled pears
Preparation

Beat sugar and oil in large bowl.
Beat in eggs, milk and vanilla.
Sift flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Add sugar mixture and beat until blended.
Using a spoon, stir in pears.
Don't overmix.
