Hot German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium-size potatoes
    6 slices bacon
    3/4 c. finely chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 or 2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    dash of pepper
    3/4 c. water
    1/3 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Cook unpeeled potatoes in a small amount of boiling water in covered saucepan only until tender.
    Drain and cool until they can be peeled and sliced comfortably.
    Dice bacon and cook and stir until crisp.
    Remove from pan and drain on paper toweling.
