Crock-Pot Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 lean pork chops
1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 Tbsp. oil
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

Coat pork chops with mixed dry ingredients.
Brown well in hot oil.
Put chops in slow cooker.
Add soup and cook on low 6 to 8 hours or high 3 to 4 hours.
