Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak, cut into bite-size pieces
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    4 bell peppers, cut up
    1 diced celery
    1 c. water
    1 cube beef bouillon
Preparation
    Cook the ingredients until tender.
    Then mix 1 tablespoon cornstarch, 1/4 cup water and 2 teaspoons soy sauce and put this in a pot and cook about 1/2 hour.
    Then serve over cooked rice.
