Shrimp Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz cream cheese
    2 tablespoons of butter
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 chopped onion
    1 can shrimp
Preparation
    Mix together cream cheese, butter, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
    Let shrimp stand in cold water for 1/2 hour, then drain and separate with fork.
    Mix shrimp, cheese mixture and onion. Refrigerate until firm.
    Serve with crisp crackers.
