Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. chicken wings
    2 tsp. ginger
    8 Tbsp. olive oil
    4 tsp. dry mustard
    1 1/2 c. soy sauce
    3/4 c. lemon juice
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Add chicken and marinate for 2 hours (at least) or all day.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Broil for a few minutes for crispy skin.
