Ground Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 c. milk
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (2 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 1/2 c. noodles (3 oz.), cooked and drained
Preparation
    Brown meat and drain.
    Add onions; cook until tender.
    Blend flour and seasonings.
    Gradually add milk; cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
    Add cream cheese is melted (low heat).
    Serve over hot noodles.
    Garnish with parsley, if desired. Makes 2 servings.
