Ingredients

3 eggs, separated
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. unsifted flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1/4 c. ReaLemon
lemon juice from concentrate
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
In mixer bowl beat egg whites until stiff but not dry; set aside.
In bowl combine sugar, flour and salt.
In small bowl, beat egg yolks; stir in milk and ReaLemon. Add to flour mixture; mix well.
Fold in egg whites, pour into 1-quart baking dish.
Place in larger pan; fill with 1 inch hot water.
Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until brown on top.
Cool before serving.
