Country Cassoulet - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. bulk pork sausage
1 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/8 tsp. instant minced garlic
1 tsp. salt
1 (16 oz.) can pork and beans
1 (16 oz.) can lima beans
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
Preparation

Cook and stir sausage, celery, onion, green pepper, garlic and salt until the meat is brown.
Drain off fat.
Stir in pork and beans (with sauce), lime beans (with liquid) and tomato paste. Simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes.
Serves 5 to 6.
