Zucchini-Tomato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large or 2 small zucchini, chopped and cooked
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    4 medium, fresh tomatoes, peeled and chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and pour into casserole. Sprinkle with buttered bread crumbs and grated cheese (Romano or Parmesan).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
