Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ground cloves
3 eggs, well beaten
1 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. apples, chopped
1 c. pecans
dash of salt
Preparation

Sift flour, measure and sift again with salt, sugar, cinnamon and cloves.
Set aside.
Beat eggs well, add vanilla to eggs.
Pour eggs in flour mixture, add oil and work with hands.
Add apples and pecans.
Place in greased and floured tube pan.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Lower heat to 275\u00b0 and bake 1 hour.
