Hot Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 peck hot peppers
    1/4 c. oregano
    1/2 bulb garlic
    vinegar
    oil
Preparation
    Cut peppers.
    Cover with vinegar.
    Add oregano and garlic. Let soak overnight.
    Drain.
    Put in jars.
    Cover with oil and put lids on.
    You do not heat.
