Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked potatoes, cubed
    1 tsp. grated onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 tsp. salt
    1 hard-cooked egg
    mayonnaise
    1/4 c. French dressing
Preparation
    Combine cooked potatoes, onion, celery and salt with 1/4 cup French dressing; let stand several hours in the refrigerator.
    Add hard-cooked egg and mayonnaise; mix carefully just before serving. Serves 4.
