Refrigerator Yellow Tomato Preserves - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pt. yellow cherry tomatoes, peeled
1/4 c. water
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 to 3 sticks cinnamon
10 whole cloves
1 bay leaf
2 limes, thinly sliced
Preparation

I use yellow cherry tomatoes for this, because they are less acid than the red ones.
Also, oddly enough, I like the crunch of their seeds in this.
The recipe is for the minimum amount you'd want to make.
I usually double it.
