Rice And Veggies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. uncooked rice
    1 c. carrots, sliced
    2 c. broccoli, cut up
    2 c. cauliflower, cut up
    1 c. water chestnuts
    1 c. bamboo shoots
Preparation
    Cook rice.
    While cooking rice, prepare vegetables.
    A variety of vegetables can be used.
    I have listed a few veggies we usually use, but feel free to add your own favorites.
    To cook vegetables, stir-fry carrots for 1 minute.
    Add cauliflower; stir-fry for 1 minute.
    Add broccoli, water chestnuts and bamboo shoots; stir-fry for 2 minutes.
    Add cooked rice; mix.
    Sprinkle soy sauce to taste.
