Barbecued Spareribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. spareribs
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1/3 c. water
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. salt
4 drops hot sauce
Preparation

Place spareribs in shallow baking pan.
Bake, uncovered at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Drain off pan drippings.
Saute onion and garlic in butter in a medium saucepan.
Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil.
Pour over ribs and bake 45 to 60 minutes or until tender, basting occasionally.
Yields 6 servings.
