Apple-Stuffed Acorn Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium acorn squash
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted and divided
    salt
    ground cinnamon
    3 apples, peeled, cored and chopped
    1 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. honey
Preparation
    Wash squash; cut in half lengthwise and remove seeds.
    Place squash, cut side down, in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Add 1/2 inch boiling water and bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
