Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. chopped bell pepper
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. minced garlic
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 lb. ground chuck
1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    Salt, to taste
    Black pepper, to taste
Preparation
In large sauce pot, saute the bell pepper, onion, and minced garlic in the oil until onions are soft but not browned.
Add the ground chuck and cook until meat is no longer pink.
    Drain excess grease.
Add the canned tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste, water, Italian seasoning, sugar, and Worcestershire sauce.
Add salt and black pepper, to taste.
Bring mixture to a boil then reduce heat to low.
Simmer the sauce for 45 minutes to 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
Taste and adjust seasoning, if needed. This sauce is good on spaghetti or in lasagna.
