Golden Curried Chicken - cooking recipe

8 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned
1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter
1/3 c. honey
1/4 c. Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1 small garlic clove, crushed
2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
2 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. salt
freshly cooked rice
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Butter a 9 x 13-inch ovenproof glass baking dish.
Arrange chicken in prepared dish.
Set aside.
