Cocoa Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. oleo (2 sticks)
1/2 c. water
2 1/2 c. flour
2 Tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. nuts
1/2 c. chocolate chips
2 c. apples, finely chopped
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Beat eggs, sugar, oleo and water until fluffy.
Mix flour, cocoa, baking soda, cinnamon and nutmeg; add and mix well.
Fold in nuts, chocolate chips, apples and vanilla.
Pour into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 60 to 70 minutes.
