Spaghetti Pie(Serves 6 To 8) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked, drained spaghetti
1 1/2 c. grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
2 eggs
1 small container Ricotta cheese
1 lb. lean chopped beef
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 tsp. crushed basil
1 (16 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
olive oil
1 Tbsp. fennel seed
Preparation

Beat one egg; blend pasta
and 1/2 cup cheese (grated) with egg.
Line greased 10-inch deep pie dish with mixture.
Set aside.
(Forms the crust of the pie.)
