Orzo And Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. orzo
    4 c. cut up broccoli flowerets (1 bunch)
    1/2 c. coarsely chopped, drained, marinated artichoke hearts
    1 (6 oz.) can ripe olives, drained and coarsely chopped
    2 medium tomatoes, chopped
    2 scallions, chopped
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. diced cooked chicken
    6 to 7 c. mixed salad greens
Preparation
    In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook orzo over medium-high heat 6 minutes.
    Add broccoli to pot and cook 4 to 5 minutes longer, until broccoli and orzo are tender.
    Drain well. Add artichoke hearts, olives, tomatoes, scallions, oil, vinegar, garlic salt, pepper and chicken to pot, tossing well.
    Serve immediately on mixed salad greens.
