Tasty Taco Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 Tbsp. dry taco seasoning mix
2 tsp. dry onion soup mix
1/2 c. water
1 large head iceberg lettuce, shredded
2 large tomatoes, each cut into 8 wedges
1 medium avocado, diced
1 medium green pepper, cut into julienne strips
1 small onion, sliced and separated into rings
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 c. nacho cheese flavored corn chips, coarsely broken
taco sauce
Preparation

Cook beef until browned, stirring occasionally.
Sprinkle taco seasoning and onion soup mix over beef.
Add water; stir to mix. Simmer over low flame for 5 to 10 minutes.
