Jalapeno Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cornbread mix
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. cream-style corn
2 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. jalapeno peppers, chopped finely
1/2 c. salad oil
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 c. sharp cheese, grated
1/4 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 large onion, grated
1/4 c. pimento, chopped
1/2 clove garlic, crushed
Preparation

Mix cornbread mix and milk.
Add other ingredients in order given; mix well.
Pour into 3 greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch pans.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
