1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
1 (14 oz.) caramels
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 (12 oz.) bag chocolate chips
1 stick oleo
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Prepare cake batter as directed on box.
Pour half of cake batter into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
