Cranapple Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 apples, peeled and sliced
1 c. cranberries
1/2 c. water
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
-
In a saucepan bring first three ingredients to a boil.
Cover and cook 15 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients and cook until sugar is dissolved and cranberries break open.
Refrigerate overnight.
Can be reheated.
Great with roast, pork or chicken.
