Tortellini Alfredo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. tortellini
    2/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2/3 c. light cream
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 lb. butter (sweet)
    2 egg yolks
Preparation
    Cook tortellini according to directions in salted water.
    While tortellini are cooking, beat egg yolks lightly with a fork and add to cream.
    Melt butter.
    Place drained, hot tortellini in warm serving bowl or platter.
    Pour on egg and cream mixture, melted butter and about 1/2 of grated cheese.
    Toss tortellini with a fork and spoon until well blended, adding more cheese as desired.
    Top with additional grated cheese and serve immediately.
