Chinese Chews - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine
    2 eggs
    dash of salt
    1 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
    2 c. brown sugar
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Melt margarine.
    Add sugar, eggs, salt and vanilla.
    Add flour; mix well.
    Add pecans and stir into mixture.
    Pour in well-greased cake pan.
    Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 20 to 30 minutes. Test for doneness.
    Cut into squares when cool.
