Apple Raisin Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Nabisco 100% Bran cereal
    1 1/4 c. Dannon nonfat or low-fat plain yogurt
    1/2 c. skim milk
    1/4 c. Fleischmann's margarine, melted
    1/4 c. Egg Beaters
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1/3 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
    1/2 c. chopped apple
    1/2 c. seedless raisins
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix cereal, Dannon nonfat or low-fat yogurt, milk, margarine and egg product; let stand for 5 minutes.
    In a bowl, blend flour, sugar, baking powder and cinnamon.
    Stir in bran mixture just until blended.
    Stir in apples and raisins.
    Spoon batter into 12 greased 2 1/2-inch muffin pan cups.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 22 minutes or until done.
    Serve warm.
    Makes 1 dozen.
