First Prize Mustard Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 good size cucumbers
    2 qt. white button onions
    2 qt. green tomatoes
    1 large cauliflower
    2 qt. plus 1 c. vinegar
    4 c. sugar
    1 bunch celery
    6 red peppers, seeds removed
    2/3 c. salt
    1 c. flour
    6 Tbsp. (level) dry mustard
    2 Tbsp. turmeric powder
Preparation
    Cut cucumbers, green tomatoes, cauliflower, celery and peppers into pieces large enough to be distinguished.
    Onions are to be peeled and put in whole.
    Let set overnight in 2/3 cup salt.
