Summer Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    1 Tbsp. mustard seed
    2 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick
    3/4 c. water
Preparation
    Mix; divide in 1/2.
    Place on sheet of tinfoil.
    Shape in rolls.
    Refrigerate for 24 hours.
    Take out of refrigerator and unwrap.
    Take out of foil; lay on wire rack.
    Place rack on cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for
    1 hour.
    Re-wrap; place in refrigerator or freezer.
