Quick Tapioca Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 Tbsp. Minute tapioca (granulated)
    15 c. milk
    6 eggs, beaten
    2 2/3 c. sugar
    salt
    4 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Soak the first 5 ingredients for 10 minutes.
    Bring to a boil. Stir in the vanilla.
    Pour into mixing bowl.
    Cool; do not stir for 20 minutes.
